Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A special item can be used to develop certain Pokemon. The Upgrade is made by spinning a PokeStop photo disc. It's sometimes given as a prize in Pokemon GO events.
The Upgrade can also be found in weapons, armor trinkets, gathering tools and trinkets to boost their level of use. The upgrade costs Flightstones and crests, based on the type of item.
Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be inserted into trinkets, weapons, armors and gathering tools to increase attributes or other bonuses when the equipment is being used. Upgrade components are only available on equipment with an upgrade slot available. The majority of upgrade components require that the item being upgraded is above a specific level. Some upgrade components also have special visual effects when applied to an equipment piece. Upgrade components can be obtained by crafting, bought by karma merchants or exchanged with other players through the Trading Post. They can also be rescued from equipment and redeemed as rewards.
A variety of upgrade components are available, each of which offers various bonuses. Universal upgrades, which include gems and inscriptions, are able to be used in any type of equipment; they provide lower bonuses than other kinds of upgrade components. Infusions are used in non-amulet ascended equipment as well as legendary equipment, while enrichments are utilized for certain ascended back items. Most upgrade components can be replaced if they are slotted into an item, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. There are exceptions for glyphs (which can only be inserted into gathering tools) and enchantments, which can be removed and put back in.
Insignias Enchantments, insignias, and prefix/suffix upgrades will appear in the hover display of the item, while they will be added to the equipment's name (e.g. an Radiant Insignia will change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrade components added to an equipment piece will be displayed in the item's tooltip.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add decorative or functional elements, like ligatures, ornaments, fractions, swashes registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel allows you to see and insert these particular characters as well as regular glyphs like em dashes and en dashes, registered trademark symbols and characters that are not found in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph gives a character boost in their primary stats. It also comes with up to four Secondary Stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase that is multiplied by other bonuses, with the exception of Speed Glyphs that directly increase the hero’s speed.
Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate the Glyphs. This will display a window with the Glyphs available to you. Be aware that only the correct type of Glyph can be applied to the selected item, as each weapon, jewelry or armor piece may have distinct sets of Glyphs.
Glyphs can be leveled up by running Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult a Dungeon is, the more Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph attains level 15 it can be upgraded by the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The Paragon Board's radius increases by one node each 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.
After a Glyph reaches the desired level, it is possible to activate it. Select it and then click the "enchant button". The resulting Glyph will give its stated bonus, and also boost other nodes within its range on the Paragon Board. It is important to place glyphs where they can best benefit your game, which is why it's a good idea to prioritize Magic Glyphs early on. Rare glyphs can also provide double bonuses if certain conditions can be met.
If you're having trouble finding a specific glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to show the panel in a variety of views. Each view displays the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow the selection of glyphs further by choosing an option under "Entire Font": for instance, punctuation shows only punctuation glyphs; Math symbols restricts the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the process of creating a new account in order to increase your chances of obtaining a character or weapon you'd like. This can help you level up faster or to get better loot, such as an improved weapon for your current character. Many players roll again until they find the characters they like, regardless of their power. It could be because they like the design or personality of the character.
When you reroll, you need to ensure that the changes you are making are clean. You should test locally if the patch passes pre-commit and run a core dev test. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue by using plain diff (see What's the deal with an interdiff? ).
Rerolls can take days or weeks depending on how fortunate you are. During this period, you should avoid any optional enemy camps to save time. In addition you should not re-do any quests that are completed later in the game. This will save you time and energy.
When rerolling, it's essential to be aware the upgrade system. There are many ways to improve your character's appearance and strength. These can include upgrading your weapons as well as rerolling your characters and buying upgrades. In item upgrade , it's crucial to be aware of the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling isn't necessary, but it is a way to increase your chances of getting a certain character or weapon. It could be beneficial if you're looking for the most effective character to play or if you're wanting to try out different builds and play styles.
Sets
A set is a group of objects with common-2 attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or members of the class). Sets can be used for operations like intersection, union and differences.
When you upgrade an item, it becomes a different version of itself that is superior to the previous version. For armor and weapons, this means it gains a higher base defense value as well as a lower strength requirement and an lower level requirement.
Upgrading is an excellent method of bringing popular single-set items into the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. For instance, upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to Elite Spired Helm increases the defense from 217 to 321 while also reducing the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
It's important to remember that not all items in a set are suitable for upgrading. Some sets, like the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield spec or Naj's Puzzler staff are already Elite and Exceptional in their individual ways and do not need upgrading. On the other hand, certain items that are BiS and are used frequently (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their performance even more. For these types of items, it could be worth the extra cost to upgrade them.
